Start times for all Wood Dale, Illinois training
courses will be 9:00am in the morning. For your convenience the main
building front doors on the east side will unlock at 8:30am. The class
end times will be 5:30pm. When you arrive please wait in the front
lobby until your instructor is available to take you to your classroom.
Daily hotel transportation pickup and drop-off will reflect these
times. Start times at the other facilities is generally around the same start times (09:00am) as the main facility unless
noted in your confirmation documentation.
The East Coast Technical Center in Pinebrook, NJ has later facility start time than most of the other locations. If you arrive more than 30 minutes prior to the scheduled class start you may not be able to get into the building. Please advise your students of this to avoid confusion.
Note 1: To be fair to all of our customers we will only guarantee two seats from any one company per class. If
you would like to send more students please contact the training
schedulers at (630) 616-7701 and we will start a separate waiting list
for the class. On the Wednesday of the week before the
class, if there are any openings left, we will open the seating and
contact companies based upon earliest request for the spot.
Note 2: Unless otherwise stated in writing on the sales contract,
training is provided free of charge to our customers under the
original manufacturers warranty period only. This does not apply to
extended service warranties past that date. For all other situations
there is a minumal charge per student. If you are a Triple Diamond
member there are discounts applied.
Note 3: Under the 1994 Workforce Investment Act (WIA) your state, in
cooperation with the federal government, can provide grants to offset completely the charges noted above. The grants do not cover
transportation costs. For more information contact our scheduling

Note 4: All classroom training is subject to equipment availability which generally means the current models being sold. Classes are delibrately held to a student number that allows maximum "hands on" time.
